Packing and posting is a core part of our business. Postage is a significant part of the mailing cost so we advise the best and cheapest method of postage.
We are Royal Mail accredited to print and dispatch Mailmark, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Customer Bar Code (CBC), Mailsort and Advertising mailings.
Due to the large volumes of letters we process, we pass on significant discounts on postage, paper and envelopes, which often covers the cost of outsourcing your billing.
We also have contracts with providers of downstream access services so we can offer a complete range of postage services to best suit your requirements at best prices.
Invoice Printing
We handle billing data from PDF files or raw data, you can send daily, weekly or monthly files by secure email of FTP.
Our system handles the whole billing process quickly and accurately. Billing data can comprise of varying number of pages and formats, we will process data to our in-house formats and print your invoices to allow the most efficient fulfilment.
We specialise in providing these services for telecoms companies, local councils and manufacturers.
We can also print Giro paying-in slips for all banks.
